Day 1
- Day 1 of the conference will take place in the Great Hall of the Alumni Center, located at 2384 Alumni Drive. Following the day's events, there will be a reception in Room 103 of the Zachs Family Fine Arts Administration Building (ZFA) at 1295 Storrs Road.
- If you are staying at the Graduate Hotel, here is the direction from Graduate Hotel to Alumni Center.
- Please note that the reception and evening performance on the first day will be held approximately one mile away from the conference venue. For those who prefer not to walk, a bus will be available outside the venue for transportation.
- Silver Line: This bus stops right outside the Alumni Center and goes to Zachs Fine Arts Administration Building. There is a Silver Line bus available at 5:45pm and 6:25 pm.
- Red Line: This bus stops right outside the Alumni Center and goes to Zachs Fine Arts Administration Building. There is a Red Line bus available at 6 pm
Day 2 and Day 3
- Days 2 and 3 will be held in the Widmer Wing located in Storrs Hall (231 Glenbrook Road)
- If you are staying at the Graduate Hotel, here is the direction from Graduate Hotel to Storrs Hall.
Parking
- Guest parking is available in either the North Parking Garage (3152 Hillside Road) or South Parking Garage (2366 Jim Calhoun Way).
- Rates are $2.00 per hour for the first three hours, and $1.50 thereafter, to a cap of $30 for the day. Payment must be made upon entry for the expected duration of the visit. Payment is via online app (PayByPhone or Flowbird) or kiosk.
